Kansas City, Missouri. Opened 19 June 2021, a few blocks north of the historic Westport neighborhood.
Patrick Klima came back to Pendulum a couple of years after the first storefront on Broadway with a simple brief: run it back on a new store, but this time go bigger.
The Pendulum team designed and executed the second store on an expedited schedule to be ready for the opening date. WyCo Vintage specializes in the collection and sale of rare vintage t-shirts, premium sneakers and urban collectibles.
A second, larger store is a bet on volume, and the schedule mattered as much as the design. A retail opening that slips misses the season it was sized for.
