Owner Mark MacDonald selected Pendulum on the strength of a pro forma based design approach and expertise in seating inventory, fan comfort and revenue generating ideas. The existing bench seating was cramped and riddled with obstructed views to the field.
Phase one rebuilds the seating bowl behind home plate outright, replacing benches with more spacious rows of fixed armchair seats, and adds dugout club group seating at field level. A new street facing facade gives the park curb appeal it never had, while the historic granite perimeter wall is preserved. More than a century of use, re underwritten.
