Kansas City, Missouri. A corner restaurant concept at the base of a mixed use building, shown in renderings and a walkthrough video.
Corner sites earn their rent on visibility. A restaurant that hides behind its own facade is paying for frontage it never uses.
The concept wraps an open air patio around the corner of the building, with bar seating, a fire feature and string lighting, so the dining room extends into the street rather than retreating from it.
Putting the activity where it can be seen is the cheapest marketing a restaurant will ever buy, and it converts a hard corner into the most valuable covers in the room.
