The ballpark was never the whole business. The master plan also carries soccer fields, tennis courts, a miracle field, public hospitality and a future indoor gymnasium.

It was planned around what the ownership group needed and what the community wanted, so the fields and hospitality spaces earn from tournaments, camps and public events rather than from baseball alone. The stadium is sited to maximize pedestrian interaction along Main Street and to leave room for future commercial development at the street edge.

Inside the secure line the focus is affordable family fun with an emphasis on comfort. The expansive roof protects patrons from the elements and, just as importantly, adds dates to the calendar for farmers markets and other civic activity.
