Sports Facilities

Sports facility design is about more than selecting the right color brick, more than a simple exercise in nostalgic aesthetic; it is a never-ending quest to capture "lightning in a bottle" ...the perfect combination of timing, market, and operations savvy coupled with intelligent design. Our breadth of experience and proven leadership on numerous built sports facilities across the nation provides us with the unique opportunity to speak with authority about the relevance of designs of the past while advising our clients on where we see design and market trends headed in the future.

Pendulum, under the direction of its founding principal, Jonathan O'Neil Cole, is deeply entrenched in and actively pursuing the continued advancement of sports facility design, and pushing the envelope of facility standards toward the future.

Winning the largest share of the work with a repeating formula is not the measure. Economic sustainability and pro forma based design are, and that is what progressive ownership groups come to Pendulum for.
