Like the guilds it is named for, The Guild was made to be a hub where local artists, musicians and builders gather, work and play, and where collaboration across artisan trades actually happens.
On the east edge of the arts district, the venue carries an outdoor garden, large open spaces and a catering kitchen, which is the combination an event calendar needs to book weekdays as well as weekends. Pendulum provided design and construction services, renovating the historic structure and introducing reclaimed wood and steel that complement it rather than compete with it.
The result is a venue with a distinct vintage character, which is what a competitive event market actually pays for. The garden, the open floor and the catering kitchen are three separate reasons to book it.
