The City of Hartford selected Pendulum to design an Eastern League Class AA ballpark at 1214 Main Street for the relocated New Britain Rock Cats.

Completed in 2017 at a cost of $71 million, it was drawn to link the northern and southern halves of downtown rather than sit between them, with an open perimeter so it reads as part of the neighborhood. It carries 6,500 seats, 18 premium suites and a premium level banquet space for 400, and anchors $360 million of proposed housing, retail and commercial development.

In 2023 Pendulum led a master plan and improvements project bringing the park into compliance with MLB Player Development License standards, adding 125 person picnic areas chosen for a swift return on investment.
