Kansas City, Missouri. A 5,000 square foot health clinic in an abandoned strip mall at 87th and Troost.
The scope meant selective demolition of existing partitions, cooking equipment and finishes, replaced by exam rooms, community meeting space and administrative offices.
Pendulum delivered it turn key and fast tracked, carrying general design, interior finishes, furniture selection and procurement, custom fabrication and construction management. The total scope was completed in just under four months. Because Building Information Modeling was the primary delivery method, every physical asset inside the envelope is still managed by Pendulum today through Computer Aided Facility Management.
