Built in 1995 to meet minimum National Association standards, the park was safe and comfortable but left with too few concession points of sale, the wrong toilet fixture ratios, no way to operate year round and not enough storage.
The 2013 renovation doubled both restroom and concession points of sale and added a 6,000 square foot banquet space on a new premium level. New press facilities, team store, storage and team administration brought a net increase of roughly 30,000 square feet of finished interior space.
The 2023 phase met the new Player Development License standards. The clubhouses switched sides, and the new home clubhouse is twice the size of the old one, carrying a circular locker room, two indoor batting cages, a dedicated female locker room and a weight room connected to an outdoor agility field.
