The Washington Field improvements include the following:

1. New professional dugouts (2) - 55’-0” long bench with bat/hat rack.

2. New bullpen (1)

3. New backstop netting - 25’-0” tall from end of dugout to end of dugout

4. New grandstand seating (600) - including new ADA patron accommodations.

5. New concession stand - four (4) points of sale

6. New family restroom

7. New public restroom (women) - 2 water closets, 3 lavatory

8. New public restroom (men) - 1 water closet, 1 urinal, 3 lavatory

9. New janitor closet with mop sink

10. New press box with kitchenette and PA/Production Room - includes ADA access (incline lift).

11. New drink rail between dugouts.

12. Field lighting system - 6 pole system 50/70 foot candle lighting levels.

13. Scorers scoreboard

14. Sponsor naming rights sign.
