Principal and CEO Jonathan Cole served as owner's representative, acting as the direct client liaison for Ingram Industries, the team owner.

That role put Pendulum on the owner's side of the table alongside architect of record Moody Nolan and general contractor Pinnacle Construction, among others. It is a different discipline from designing the building: protecting the owner's budget, schedule and program against every other party's interests.

It also continues Pendulum's diversification across sports architecture beyond baseball, and reflects a commitment to collaborating with clients who value diversity and inclusion among their service providers.
